The fabrication of precision molds necessitates the use of high-precision processing equipment, coupled with multiple rounds of precise measurement and adjustment, to guarantee the mold's overall accuracy and quality. Furthermore, the design, manufacturing, and maintenance costs associated with precision molds are inherently high. In comparison, standard molds require less precise processing equipment and entail less rigorous processing procedures, thereby prioritizing cost-efficiency.
Within the wire harness processing industry, the distinction between precision molds and standard molds is particularly pronounced.
