High-load Electric Cable Couplers

At Modelon, our High-load electric cable couplers are built to survive where others fail. Utilizing our advanced precision mold manufacturing, the outer housing is injection-molded from high-strength, weather-resistant engineering plastic that has undergone rigorous impact and corrosion testing. These High-load electric cable couplers are designed to meet the punishing demands of port machinery and heavy-duty logistics trucks, where environmental exposure is constant.

The internal architecture of our High-load electric cable couplers features integrated tin-plated terminals capable of carrying up to 150A of continuous current. This multi-core design allows for the synchronized transmission of high-power energy and complex control signals within a single, robust interface. To ensure a lifetime of reliability, we employ a dual-sealing system using silicon rubber rings and a rotary snap-lock, achieving an IP66 rating that remains impervious to the high-frequency vibrations of heavy transport.
